Company Sign-off Sheet

Is a cover sheet that lists the date, grand total and sign-off by the inventory service and store representative.


 

Final Transmittal Control Sheet

Reports the total value, quantity, and records for each upload.


 

Special Final Audit Report

Entry Order reports the information captured by each upload in the order the data was entered. The information reported is the upload, record number, employee, SKU/UPC, category, description, quantity, value, extended value and a field to manually note if the entry requires change.


 

Area Report with Location

reports the total current inventory value, prior inventory value, variance value and number of unique SKU/UPCs scanned or entered for each location.


 

Location Report with SKU

Reports all SKU/UPC scanned, description, area, location, category, quantity, price, value, cost, extended cost in SKU order within each location.
